Pros
- Great management staff! - Excellent work life balance! - Challenging and Engaging! I have only been an employee for a little over two weeks at this point, but have loved every second of it so far! The tasks can be challenging but the opportunity to create and grow is awesome! I felt welcomed and have already experienced genuine appreciation for the work i'm doing. Could not have found a better fit for myself to be honest.
Cons
- I haven't really run into a con yet. If I had to say something maybe a lack of documentation for current projects.
