Unfortunately high stress provided from team and did not feel comfortable. The stress even after leaving the company is still hunting me. Young team and can act quite immature. Could be close to even exclusion, the communication was not clear and open. It did affect the way I work and my work-life-balance which is one of my values was not respected and affected.
