Pros

Since there are only 7 US clients, there isn't a lot of work to do.

Cons

Management's inexperience and inept approach to managing compromises the working environment. The software is underdeveloped and leads to excessive angst from clients. Xledger is a faith-based organization, so if you're not prepared to by into a 'Strict Constructionist' culture- pass on the offer. You will be expected to pray with clients and be lead in prayer by company executives. If you lean even slightly left- you're going to be uncomfortable from the jump. They also pay women significantly less (35%- in my experience) than male employees in the same roll. Sum it up by saying it's a very unprofessional working environment with slim chances for future success in the US market.

Thank you for your review. We greatly appreciate your contribution to Xledger during your few months here. I am sorry that you had a disappointing experience. At Xledger, we strive to create a working environment that is the opposite of what you describe. Anonymous reviews are always challenging, but you sound like the former employee who is no longer employed here due to violation of corporate confidentiality and ethics policies. We are a global company, with over 9000 clients in 60 countries. Our U.S. consulting office helps to support the entire client base. While we provide ERP to some faith-based organizations, we are not ourselves faith-based, and our staff includes a wide range of religions and ethnicities. Our software is highly developed and recommended by Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, and 80+ other accounting firms. We pay employees according to their experience and business contribution. For example, a junior consultant with 2 years of experience as a staff accountant and newly acquired CPA license might be paid differently than a senior consultant with 20+ years of experience running his or her own accounting firm—in fact, salary has nothing to do with gender. Thank you again for your feedback, and I wish you huge success in your future career.

Pros

The paychecks cleared even though its the lowest in the industry.

Cons

There's no employees there. the display best place to work awards but not a single employee during those years were there. New executive leadership ie CEO is horrible, The CFO was a demo sales rep. i wouldn't be supprised if they shut it down. No career advancement as they dont know what their doing. not a single tenured person there, everyone has left or leaving. your career will take a huge hit if you go there. no sales strategies, onboarding structure, no training, no learning opportunities, nothing. Its as if they just opened their doors with a business completely funded by the hard working people in Norway and Europe.
