Co-workers are generally friendly. Campus grounds are nice. Good place to start if you are trying to get your foot in the door.

Cons

Low pay and benefits. People overworked and bad work/life balance. Administration dismissive and treat people as disposable. Seems to be little desire from management to turn things around despite increasing turnover.
