Pros
Great place to start your IT journey. You will learn through helping students and faculty and through the knowledge base. The hours are very flexible around your schedule. Your coworkers are also very eager to help you with any issues you may encounter. This job requires good communication and writing skills for tickets and assistance but anyone can be a technician. You will also be able to do homework during the times you are not responding to tickets or answering calls.
Cons
I can not find a big con to this position. This is an excellent place if you want to get started in tech.
