Pros
My team leader was awesome, really went to bat for you and did whatever he could to assist. Was pretty damn funny too.
Cons
My team leaders boss was a bit dodgy, tried to stop me getting my final commission paycheck from a deal I landed and payout would have been around 6 weeks after I left. He called me trying to say we can’t pay you because you are not with the firm anymore. After a bit of legal jargon I did end up getting paid but why even try doing that.
