Benefits are okay but won't suffice the stress you'll experience.

Backwards thinking when it comes to societal issues, which is ironic since it's an NGO. If you are progressive, don't work for World Vision. You'll be surprised by their stance in major world issues. You'll also be burntout, for sure. Work environment is too exploitative. They'll drain you physically.
