Pros

WSM has great benefits, including PTO and front-loaded sick leave.

Cons

if you work for in the career education services department, you will technically work for MoCoCAP (Montgomery County Career Advising Program) which has its own rules about PTO, leave restrictions, dress code restrictions, and toxic upper management.

Pros

The opportunity to make a real difference in the community by facilitating programs and initiatives that address local needs and improve people's lives.

Cons

Navigating community partner dynamics can be challenging for a Community Impact Coordinator at WorkSource Montgomery due to the diverse range of partners involved in community development initiatives. This may include non-profit organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and other community groups, each with their own missions, resources, and priorities. Managing these relationships requires effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to align goals and strategies across multiple community partners/organizations.
