Pros

Excellent onboarding experience. Flexible schedule. CEO and COO are, surprinsingly, open to feedback. Good benefits as long as you work a determined amount of time. They have segways to move around the office. A bit ridiculous but cool idea.

Cons

Sales is hard work, and sometimes overlooked. Office is too noisy. Not feeling like an important part of the company. Canadian dollar now is very low.
