You can't be effective in the engagement business if your own organization lacks culture. Fun place to work with really talented people!

      None at this time. It's a start up, so we wear lots of hats, but that is to be expected!

      Pros

      Workify is a fast-growing startup, fast paced, constantly moving environment. If you are attracted to the startup world and want to work with an experienced team, this is the spot. The team is very close, everybody pitches in to get the job done, no matter what the task at hand.

      Cons

      If your not attracted to the startup world and don't work well in a fast paced environment, this isn't for you. The expectations are high for everyone on the team.
