Feels like information is condensed into few employees who know it all. Workload can vary but yearly metrics feel curated to ensure that you do not get your full bonus. Why would a company based on web based tickets where we aim to resolve issues with time constraints make us call people all day? That does nothing but waste time that could be spent on more relevant issues. Constant tickets that could have been answered by a FAQ hold the same weight as an entire company not getting paid. “Make sure to use time to call about system color schemes but not let tickets set pending despite the steady inflow”.
