After a couple of months it was clear the team lacked solid leadership and direction on projects. I hope by now there is more clear expectation setting on work output and better internal training on the products. If you were in with the core group then you were safe. If you weren't, well good luck to you.
CEO wants so desperately to be a cool tech bro CEO and talks out of both sides of his mouth. Little to no transparency in messaging around company direction, layoffs, etc.
