Pros

- Almost fully remote - Some people are friendly

Cons

- No feedback, you get fired after 1 month of being hired without warning - A manager can tell you "what kind of business value did you provide to the company in this one month you were with us?" and if you complain that this is offensive and disrespectful no one listens and you just get fired after 1 day :) And generally... - The company is building software in very complex ways, without a need and without proper architecture - If you try to improve the current setup, with good proofs, you are faced with huge resistance and get hated by the management Worst place I worked for, I am very happy I left it, but thought I must advise others to steer clear if they want a place that appreciates honesty, equality and provides (and accepts ) feedback and is respectful to the employees.

Poor management and bullying

Pros

None other than the fact it’s remote

Cons

- underpaid company for insane workload - 0 respect for their employees - the management is extremely incompetent and made out of bullies who allow themselves to shout and threaten in meetings - inappropriate behavior and more bullying because all teams are underpaid and stressed out Sadly the environment in Workmotion is extremely toxic, there is a massive disorganization in the entire company and everyone who loved working there left because of poor treatment and unnecessary stress. Cases of sexual harassment were a thing too.

Pros

- Some kind people work there - Permanent employees get some benefits - Relatively flexible work hours

Cons

- Underpaid - Exploitative - No overtime/bonuses - Hold offsites in countries with poor human rights - Will do whatever they can to provide the bare minimum to their employees and exist to teach other employees to do the same - Have fired so many people in the last three months that I don't think the company will last - Treat employees within the company very unequally based on local statutory minimums - Overworked
