Pros

Cool tech, and a great opportunity to work with lots of companies at high levels. Good for networking.

Cons

I am not sure where to start here. I have been with this company for 9 months, and it has been one of the worst experiences I have had to date with any company. I have worked on a number of projects with many different people in the company. Some are really good folks (mostly the Americans), and others are downright lawsuits waiting to happen. The worst offenders are the Management team. We are getting ready to go to Belarus for our off site, and frankly I don't even want to go. These are supposed to be fun events that should bring the company closer, but instead it is just a waste of time and company resources to bring everyone together to fake their way through a week of endless drinking and forced team events. I realize we are still a start up, but at some point, we have to become a company that actually wants to manage and be successful right? We have had a number of layoffs, people quitting, and one very mysterious disappearance of one of our only female leaders. Another poster said that this is not a female friendly workplace, and boy is that an understatement. I am trying to make it to my cliff date and then I am going to leave. I don't really foresee this company being around much longer with how much we screw up, and how much we are constantly failing our clients, and for the sheer lack of respect for laws and human dignity. I feel like we are one big PR nightmare aware from closing our doors.

Pros

- Awesome market potential but not for us.

Cons

If you think you are here for the exciting technology you are fooling yourself. I have never before been part of a more chaotic managed team than what I had to endure during the past year. This company is more about popularity than productivity. - The culture of the company is quite top-down as opposed to networked and empowered. - Top executives team is a complete joke. Playing manager, not being manager. Not interested in results, only in personal PR. They constantly expecting people to "champ" certain projects, in other words do their jobs for them for free. Has 0 product knowledge and hence have no clue what is going on a ground. - All in all, onboarding and learning process is not structured, no knowledge checks, no coaching from management. If you start new with no product knowledge, expect to be left all to yourself and with no guidance at all. - Too much red tape and backstabbing. People are more focused on what reviews/feedback they will get vs focusing on solving problems.
