Pay, that's it! They start you off with a pretty good pay.
Cons
Management is the worst. There is no on-site HR so if you have any issues you have to send email and hope they get back to you. They like who they like. Issues are never resolve. It's like a rotating door there. People coming to work and then leaving as soon as they find out the company is complete TRASH!
