      Pooled shady tips . POOLED TIPS. NO GO HOME W CASH TIPS. very shady. Money doesn’t add up. Weird system. Where bartenders make the same as servers. So your working 3+ hours for basically free on some crazy low pay rate. Making the same weekly salary as server. Best decision I ever made was to leave that dump
