      Free catering for Bdays and people leaving

      Cons

      Far too many to list! - no support for workers - management are terrible - no one helps anyone but themselves - they need in house HR - constant bullying - management need to be replaced

      None. The recent 15% fall in Share Price reflects this. Unless there is a drastic change, this company will soon be a take over target.

      Cons

      - way too many managers with very dubious qualifications for what is now a small work force. - very arrogant management where even a 'hello' or a 'good morning' is not acknowledged. - Rampant nepotism. If you are mates / related to some of the senior management then you have a job for life. - Glass ceiling for employees who are not from the North East of Scotland. - A very high cost base which is unsustainable in this market.

      Pros

      Company in beginning was awesome to work for. They made it very easy to balance work and personal life. Immediate supervisor was willing to help and work with his team.

      Cons

      In the recent month the new upper management have forgot about the core value of people. We became numbers instead individual. They lost sight that people have made business. They are more focus on the engineer instead of the production side.
