      Flexible time off and very professional workmates.

      Cons

      Re-organization is killing this company. It used to be a very good place to work in which leaders and managers valued people. However, it changed a lot. Many people coming from the UK to do nothing but creating bad working environment and witch hunting just to show off in front of the UK management. Policies are totally confused because meanwhile upper management promoted cut savings many people traveled in business of first class and stayed in luxury hotels.

      Pros

      My company was bought by this company. They have decent benefits, though expensive. Matching 401k up to 4% then up to 6% they match half. It is large, so potential to move around is good, though they do not offer good relocation packages.

      Cons

      Constant and major turnover in upper management. Zero care for people at this point. Low margins and bottom line make this a pretty bad place to work. If you want to work for a big company where you can know you are just a number and nobody actually cares about you, but you may keep your job depending on the market, this is the place for you.

      Good systems and tools in place. Good core group and flexible working hours. Great place to start and gain experience.

      Cons

      Too much senior management and overhead. Insufficient training and career development from management.

      Cons

      Upper management dont care about those who are doing the REAL work. Promotion is on a who you know basis and how much brown nosing you can do.

      There is so much to learn and room to grow. Upper management in different departments was eager to teach me more in order to help when needed.

      When the oil field is rough there are too many lay-offs
