      Pros

      I can't write anything positive other than you will gain experience and they pay you but that's what is required.

      Cons

      Horrible horrible horrible. Unethical behavior. Treats staff and customers like crap. Management will yell at you and you get no training at ALL. Maybe a few conversations.

      Pros

      It is a job, and you will get paid. There is generally a good working relationship amongst the employees as well.

      Cons

      Ideas MUST come from the boss. If you have an idea of your own, you'll have to bait him into coming up with it, or it will certainly be shot down. Management decisions change frequently and without warning so be prepared to complete a project only to find out that it was complete waste of work. Employees are not trained, but expected to fully understand the business and complex software right away.
