Pros
Forcing everyone to write good reviews, so most reviews are just for show. People not leaving only because outside job market is very bad now, otherwise nobody will stay. One or two nice people, rest just timepass
Cons
Salary very high in abu dhabi, but bangalore people getting much less for same work. Engineering director only interested in saving himself, shaming private when things go wrong, and showing like everything is perfect. Hardly anyone here to learn from, maybe one or two good people, rest all just doing timepass. No real growth, only survival.
