Pros

Can be late a bit for work, like back to office before 9:30

Cons

This company suffers from a toxic culture and poor leadership. - Product quality is substandard, making it difficult to sell and even harder to renew existing contracts. - Management is the worst I have encountered in my career, with a CEO and COO whose behavior creates instability rather than direction. - Employees are expected to work excessive overtime to meet the demands of highly demanding clients. - Despite being a tech company, most processes rely heavily on manual work, which undermines efficiency and scalability. - The workplace environment is hostile: colleagues are unwilling to share knowledge, fostering a culture where people protect themselves by ensuring others fail. Overall, this is not a healthy or sustainable place to work.

Pros

Benefits were reasonable but could factor in mental health & wellness programs given the high toxic culture within.

Cons

I strongly advise against any role reporting directly to the CEO. Her psychotic leadership is intensely numbers-driven, with a focus solely on ROI and no appreciation/patience for the process, resulting in daily micromanagement, an unsustainable workload, and exceptionally high turnover. Emotional unstable and always shouting. The lack of emotion control drives colleagues to fear based work rather than growth. Never have I seen such work ethics where all colleagues are scared of the boss like a little child at school not wanting to face a crazy angry headteacher. SaaS product is not strong, (pretty much unsellable) dated appearance with lots of bugs and is easily replaced with other AI tools nowadays. The environment takes a significant toll on mental health & well-being. For this company to become a functional and healthy workplace, significant change is required at the top. There will be no meaningful improvement until the CEO steps down.

Pros

Not that I can think of

Cons

Only 2 people were considered top management - The CEO and the COO. The culture of the company is toxic - all the decisions were made by them. It is very hard to say that the company is working as a team, because the company only goes as far as the CEO and COO goes. Decision were solely made by them. In my opinion, they are lacking the management skill that are required by senior management. They only managed by their authority, threatened to fire people if they don't perform or follow instructions. They tends to micro-manage and spend LOTS of time in meetings. They are lacking the charisma of leaders, lack of company visions, lack of technical skills and lack of communication skills / strategy alignment. This create confusing direction of the company and ultimately super high employee turnover rate. The company is in the midst of transformation, but the execution of the company is weak. Different department is working on their own, lack of collaborations. The company is constantly in the loop of raising funds and the CEO fall short of taking the company to IPO.

Pros

Most colleagues are nice, can work from home

Cons

Worst CEO I have ever seen in my life, shout at the employees in every meeting. To anyone whose position needs to work with her, just reject the offer for the sake of your mental health. Busy and frequent overtime, the culture of this company is very toxic, lots of people work overtime, schedules are always extremely tight, you will never get a chance to rest, managers will keep on asking for progress and updates.

Pros

Great location. Close to MTR. But nothing good from the company

Cons

There is no sink in the office. You have to wash your mug in the toilet CEO and COO is always in bad temper. The COO will yell at staff in foul language but no one dare to warn him. Messy management, meetings will consume 90% of your time but no constructive output Long working hours, have to wait CEO leave before you leave. She normally leaves at 9pm. You will feel you are like a security guard more than a secretary Work load is not heavy at all, all you need to do is wait for her to call your name ask for assistance She has two PA’s
