      Pros

      Great co workers, cubicle set up is good for the tiny amount of privacy.

      Cons

      High turn over. Favoritism by the owners to certain employees. Upper Management needs professional training and mental help.

      Great Product, But Poor Culture

      Pros

      The company definitely sells a good and trustworthy product (SweetLeaf Stevia), and the history and foundation of the company markets itself. Considering other companies around the area, the pay is competitive depending on your department (this can also be a con depending on your department).

      Cons

      The company was definitely going through growing pains while I was here. I feel that they have potential to be a great employer, but at the time I felt miserable because of my coworkers. The work was fine, but my coworkers and bosses were the most negative and dissatisfied people I have ever worked with in my life.
