Site teams deal day in day out with simple task and can't think outside the box. Very clique with subcontractors making thing difficult to get done.

Managers in line management positions who have no business being there (either not competent for it or have no people skills). Promised a lot at interview (hence deciding to move here) but it all did not happen - hybrid working was promised but not delivered; opportunities to manage a small team (having done this in previous role). No structure to the training at all. No development plans. People throwing you under the bus. A lot of people just out for themselves. They say all the right things regarding mental health but do not support you at all.
