Pros
Nothing, this is a terrible company to work for, the pay is good if you’re a full manager but everyone starts off as a “Manager in Training” at a reduced pay rate of a couple thousand. It’s not worth it.
Cons
-Upper Management is non existent and incredibly incompetent especially if they need to you work in another shop (which you’re forced to do quite often). -No support. -No Training, i’ve had to figure out how to do 99% of the job by myself. -No incentives or motivation to actually succeed and immense scrutiny if something is wrong, even if it was their incompetence that cause it. -Blame shifting is incredibly common, especially from higher ups, i’ve heard of multiple people quitting on the spot because of their vile treatment, they are some of the most soulless and evil people I have ever met. I’ve heard that they get taken to court quite a bit and lose almost every time.
