Upper and middle management are completely clueless, the entire HR team was disbanded at one interval and one of the managers basically took over and ignored all emails from several stores and workers for the guts of a year. Staggering incompetence and bullying from middle management that is resulting in a mass exodus from the company. The big boss sits in his little throned and doesn't have a clue what these women are doing to his company.
