Working at WINDTRE has been a positive experience overall. I had the chance to develop specific skills, be part of a well-structured environment, and benefit from the professional growth opportunities the company provides. The organization is wellrun and generally supportive.
However, I did feel that personal time management was not always a priority for the company. It was often challenging to get time off approved, and scheduling vacations could be difficult, making it hard to balance work and personal life effectively. Additionally, my decision to leave is largely personal, as I am looking to move to a new home in a different location.
Overall, I value my time and experience at WINDTRE, but I am ready for a new chapter that aligns with my personal goals.
