      No need OT Got staff discount

      Cons

      No AWS IF got bonus, it will be split into 2 times. Many months later then will get the balance 50%. And is not much. No career growth High turn over

      bosses are very kind and understanding pays well NO WEEKENDS no office politics

      Cons

      always growing, always having new projects but never adding manpower. thus, adding more workload for employees. still manageable tho :)
