Everyone at Whitewater is really friendly and always willing to help and I’ve never worked in an environment where a team manager and other team members care so genuinely about your personal and professional development. The positive atmosphere at the office has helped me achieve my goals and i now know that nothing really is impossible. I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of such a great organization.

I honestly want to thank all of the negative comments that I have read on here, thank you for declining the opportunity because you truly didn’t understand it. Everyone who works at Whitewater Innovations is the most positive and ambitious individuals I have had the opportunity and honor to work with. This is the most motivated company I have ever worked with. They are always pushing forward together. Everyone sincerely cares about the growth of each other and the company itself. I have not had a day go by that I did not learn something new. My favorite thing of all is that there is no "Seniority", this company rewards hard work. if you meet your goals, you get promoted. You get exactly what you earn, which is the main reason why everyone is so motivated to keep growing. I am honestly in awe that an opportunity like this exist. This is a very competitive environment, so if you like sports this is the place for you. If you are obsessed with growing, obsessed with success, obsessed with seeing results that YOU produced, achieving your goals and being rewarded for it. Having family away from family. (seriously, here it is not just 'coworkers', this is a big sports team playing to win) you meet amazing people from day to day.
