      Nice area, close to union. That's literally it.

      Cons

      Misuse their employees, no room for growth, hierarchy is very prominent, invalidation of staff experiences, management will stand with the lawyer no matter what.

      The view is great. That’s about it.

      The pay is super low especially for a Bay Street firm. There is a huge staff and lawyers turnover. There is no room for growth. HR and management don’t even try to retain the talent.
