The majority of income appears to be venture capitalism. This makes it difficult to have any job security.

Pros

The transparency level they maintain in the organisation . The learning that happens for the support employees are so great as they get hands on all the latest technologies . You get a good allowance based on shifts you are assigned . They don't start a Salary account which is a minus point .

Cons

The amenities they provide can be improved by much better way . ex : Since the organisation works on a shift based timing it can provide a good healthy food items instead of junk snacks . The parking space looks so choked . The Process can be still more streamlined . These are not actual cons but these can be still channelized an improved a lot . For support guys the weekend shifts can be removed and provide the benefit of working from home . If network security is really a concern the organisation can opt for an private VPN solution .
