Pros
Work remotely. Small team. Very little communication needed. Work with little to no supervision.
Cons
-No movement at all. -Job security. several times I was told my job was in jeopardy of being replaced for cheaper outsourced support groups. - Don't value employees. -Multiple new job tasks with no compensation. - No advanced training options beyond initial training. -They only want little worker bees. -They do not give raises for tenure. -Poor management of scheduling.
