      Pros

      Weatherby's has a friendly and supportive working environment with colleagues always being approachable. Teamwork and attending team events is encouraged which creates a positive and productive workplace. Its a good place to work and has a family feel to it, The company has a long standing reputation in the industry which makes it feel a stable place to work. Weatherby's offers a wide variety of roles and opportunities to progress as well as on the job learning. High standards are maintained across the bank.

      Cons

      Progression opportunities can feel unclear or not well structured making it harder to plan long-term career growth. Processes and systems may take time to evolve which can impact efficiency. Certain parts of the bank can be particularly busy creating pressure on teams at times. At times communication between departments or senior leadership could be improved for better alignment.
