No pros at all. The company is a complete mess
Cons
Everyone is leaving the company. No work life balance. Terrible cooperation between departments. Plenty of meetings were held but all of them are useless. System is outdated. The company is crumbling because of the staff turnover and there is nothing the boss can do to save the day. The company will eventually break some serious SFC rules and wind up.
