      What a mess

      Pros

      Some great coworkers. A solid mission to get behind. Unlimited PTO and they do genuinely encourage that you take it.

      Cons

      WayBetter is going downhill fast. Several rounds of layoffs, morale is low, leadership just does what they want with the product without listening to employee ideas or feedback (all about the $$). They talk a big talk about caring about employees, but at the end of the day, they don't and it shows. Very few growth opportunities and minimal recognition for good work.

      Many of the employees are great people

      Cons

      WayBetter has no idea how to explain its own product because it's so complicated. Constant shifts in the direction of the company. Dumb, quick decisions are made that lack thought. CEO is overly involved and doesn't trust employees' decisions.

      Waybetter is very supportive of remote work.

      Cons

      Pressure is fairly high, probably just because understaffed. They are trying to address this.
