Pros
Learn a vast amount of on the job knowledge with co workers, they were willing to explain new and existing systems and answered any questions no matter how small or relevant to the present job we were there to perform.
Cons
The company began to grow rapidly and they hired double the amount of techs needed. Some jobs fell back and some fell apart, so they down sized and ultimately the new guys got let go.
