      Pros

      The work is good but management makes it impossible for you to be at peace. The management has no clue how to handle the team.

      Cons

      Partiality towards certain set of employees No recognition for work Mentors and leads are opportunists and take credit for your work No team engagement measures To all the new joiners thinking of joining wavemaker UI please find another option you'll regret every second of you being here. There has been 9 resignations from UI team in past nine months and I'll be the next person leaving. Please don't join wavemaker.

      - Lack of management - Lack of management, has to consider each individual opinion - No work-life balance - Compentation should be normalized to all, people with same exeperience within the team has different CTC. - No cab facility.
