Pros

It was a very fast pace environment. I enjoyed being in the back not being watched every second. We had great benefits and 401k plan. I love that they promote from within and it's not hard to move up.

Cons

Sometimes you have to deal with very moody people. I also did not like how people would leave items all over the store.

Pros

This company is fairly easy to get a position at. You need very little education and experience to work here. There is room to advance and grow with the company if you are ambitious.

Cons

The starting wages are poor for a multi-billion dollar company. They only pay enough for you to live in poverty unless you become a assistant manager or a store manager with limited openings.

Pros

Friendly employees, Several locations, Open 24 hours, Some of the benefits are good, Some are unfair to part time employees. (Most of the working part of this company)

Cons

Management promotes by favoritism, Not who works harder. They also promote by short interview, instead of work history. In my opinion an incorrect way to evaluate someone, who has already been working there for any length of time.
