A toxic mess

Pros

The product is alright, in theory the company should work yet in practice...

Cons

A toxic work culture that would make anyone want to quit this job. Mismanagement and rudeness towards employees. HR department is a joke, wouldn't want to ever interact with them again. They are rude and openly disrespectful. If you're thinking about working here - don't. It's not worth it. This is a complete waste of time. Very poor communication between management and the developers. I'm appalled by how many good reviews they have, this seems fishy. You can't work remotely which is awful nowadays! The CEO is racist towards employees. There's no diversity in the office since the team consists only of Russians.

Pros

Here are some pros if you are true galley worker. 1) They are paying on time 2) You MUST stay in warm office with nuts and tea, they are so welcoming that sometimes want you to stay overtime. 3) You have to find out most of the things on your own because knowledge is spreaded around, thats a true everyday challenge for you 4) They didn't allow you to work remotely if you are sick, they want to see you in the office in any condition, even if you'll spread the disease they would accept you with hands open. 5) If you hate English that's really cool place for you, they'll make you forget it like Man in Black movie, but otherwise that's really good opportunity to learn Russian 6) You like promises and you're true believer? Promises about salary raising is a great bonus for the actual salary, the more you work, the more promises you'll get, thats the main currency and bonus. 7) CEO is really caring guy and accept everyone as his children, on the other hand he will yell at you and tell that u need to grow up, but that are the things that CEO should do, isn't it? 8) They want you to be in shape, they want you to improve your skills, so decision was to have this kind of practice when they call you at night asking you to do something, that will improve your skills significantly, seriously. 9) Our office is some kind of museum how modern office looks like in 2010 10) Sales team are so professional that they advertise not even a product but also job opportunities by creating fake reviews on work seeking/job review websites

Cons

Overall I see no cons if you are a true galley worker, but if you won't, you could just switch pros with cons
