      Decent working Hours, early finish on a friday, decent canteen facilities

      Cons

      Toxic work place, very badly run, shop floor employees treated poorly by owners ( unless you are a family friend) massive pay differencies within same teams causing friction Work planned in order of which customer calls the owner and shouts loudest Incompetant senior managers, payed well above the norm to be useless. Heath and Safety next to non existant

      Poor wages , constant bullying by management, inept senior leadership, who encourage nepotism and backstabbing

      Subsidised canteen. Early finish on a Friday.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from company directors. Redundancies every 6 months minimum. Poor pension and no other benefits. No loyalty to staff.
