Pros

Not many - working from home and flexible shifts

Cons

Tracked constantly on hubstaff - every URL, app, tab etc is watched HR is a joke and have no qualifications and only work to help the boss - not employees No real room for progression within the company Toxic work environment - if your face fits kind of place High turnover of staff leaving Poverty level pay Could go on and on - amazed this company is still running All the reviews that are positive are fake and written by current management and HR trying to improve the image of the company - don't fall for it

Low Salary, High Expectations

Pros

- Fully remote - Company has remote culture - Easy to take day off - Easy to reach CEO

Cons

- Low Salary - Work expectations for every minute: They are using hubstaff to track employees, and if you have 2min not working in 8 hours work day, manager asks "why didn't you work in that 2min?" it feels like you are doing slavery for them - Managers don't have true manager skills and leadership: While I was working I never got advice, recommendation or any help from managers to make the job better or correct way. They are only focusing on your mistakes. - Low side benefits: no private health insurance - Loosing good people constantly: because of they are paying low salary every good people in the company jumps somewhere else in short term - CEO is listening you but nothing changes :) - After working at WPMU DEV sometime, you realize nothing changing in the company and nothing excited. they are like old school traditional corporate. not startup, there is no excitement.

Pros

- Fully remote work – Work from anywhere: That's all what I can think of

Cons

While the team is talented, the workplace culture is strained by an invasive performance-tracking system. Employees are forced to install a software on their personal computers! it monitors mouse/keyboard activity, captures screenshots frequently, and tracks all URLs. Idle time as brief as five minutes is automatically unpaid, creating relentless pressure to stay visibly active. Management enforces this with passive-aggressive check-ins for any drop in activity metrics, prioritizing surveillance over meaningful results. The oppressive monitoring leaves employees feeling “chained to their desks,” enduring constant stress to avoid penalties. Over time, I've realized that this system is deliberately set up to push employees to their limits, attempting to cut their pay while squeezing out maximum productivity. Leadership is arrogant and doesn't care at all, often dismissing employee concerns about well-being, workload, and compensation. This rigid, surveillance-heavy environment fosters burnout and undermines morale, overshadowing the potential for collaboration and growth.
