Pros

The jobs are Disney Parks related, so that part is fun The people I worked with that weren't the owners were nice

Cons

The owners take advantage of your love of Disney Parks for very low pay and overwork. All of the other contractors I talked to complained to me about this. They felt pressured to do this job because it was related to disney and seemed like a 'dream job' The owners are new to owning a business. They favor some employees over others because they are privately friends or related. The managers/directors were nice but did not have the power to help their teams because the owners wanted to micromanage even entry-level people The owners and some managers (customer service) talked about their customers badly in company meetings even mentioning specific subscribers by name who regularly comment on their Facebook page. The stress of the owners and managers is obvious to the employees. The owners often seem angry in meetings or in emails. Then they put on Mickey ears and do a live stream on Facebook and act like different people to the public, that was hard to watch. Employees are told it is flexible work but you will have to work overtime to get it all done. unreasonable work load. I was told I could work certain hours but it kept changing. Unclear on priorities because the tasks always changed on the whim of the owner. People who worked more than paid hours or didn't take time off were rewarded. No work/life balance. The owners do not respect employees and talked bad about employees behind their backs or right in front of others even new employees or freelance photographers. it was cringy. I heard managers gossip about their employee's mistakes for no reason, very toxic every day. The original owner complained regularly about woke disney fans. The current owners only started to openly promote LGBTQ disney fans in their magazine after Disney started to promote representation a couple years ago
