It's useless to give even 1 star rating. I advice never join this company even if you are jobless for years. I unfortunately joined without reviewing and after knowing employer's immature, unprofessional, physical threat, abusive behaviour I decided to quit and showed less interest to be disciplined and thus got terminated. That's not at all a problem but the major issue is for the salary that I have worked genuinely prior knowing his attitude and behaviour. I enquired for more than two weeks with Hr, received no response from her too and when I said I shall go legal he called and abused and made me write an apology letter to give my salary. Even after writing, salary got credited after 2 weeks after continuous follow ups. This is his level of immaturity. He hires and fires everyone and many quit themselves. Also, there are people who has to receive their salaries and still pending.
I directly report to him and befor joining he said that we can learn many, working for "W" for 2yrs is equivalent to 5-10yrs elsewhere which is just bragging about himself. Architects, project managers, Hrs, whoever's it may concern, there are many companies who really care their employees and provide benefits, job security, work ethic etc., so, consider this advice seriously and never choose "W" even after whatever their comment/explanations may be.
I regret the days I truely worked for "W."
