      For me, there are No Cons In this, I want to say every person has their choice how we make an environment if you are thinking about negative then you will always see negativity if you thinking about positives then you will see negativity so it's all about your mindset, your imagination I always try to see positivity in every circumstances

      Pros

      I started with Vplak as my first job in Digital Marketing and I can say that it's a really nice place for someone who is just starting their career as they provide you with proper training and space to learn things at your pace. No hard and fast strict deadlines, although they do want you to work in proper ethics. Will support you in all the way they can. Very positive working environment and also quite friendly environment they have with their colleagues, so you will easily fit in the organisation.

      Cons

      Only con that I found was you have to work on Saturdays as well but it's not that issue when you start working in such a positive and growth environment.
