      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule. Work knowledgeable people who know their fields well.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up in the company. Management has no idea how to motivate employees or encourage performance. Highly disorganized. Terrible culture.

      Cons

      Voxtur acquired multiple companies and did not do anything to build community between organizations. Zero job security - layoffs happen to long time employees (multiple 5 year employees) for no reason. No communication Lack of trust/relationship between management and staff No loyalty to employees or bonus for hard work
