      Voxtur acquired multiple companies and did not do anything to build community between organizations. Zero job security - layoffs happen to long time employees (multiple 5 year employees) for no reason. No communication Lack of trust/relationship between management and staff No loyalty to employees or bonus for hard work

      Tend to bite off more than they can chew: I was tasked with introducing Credit Unions to our real estate evaluation product to expand our business footprint into the credit union sector. Due to so many new clients, the IT team could not handle the onboarding of the large group of clients all sales reps in all departments had developed. My team and 240 other people were laid off due to their inability to deliver what they said could be delivered.
