      Solid aim, still going through growth pains

      Pros

      Saving lives, interesting subject matter, proper research, work with very smart people, supportive witching a team, leadership starting to understand the value of paying off technical debt and starting to support investment in it. NZ based staff now can work from home up to 3 days a week by default.

      Cons

      Company leadership still going through growth pains from small to larger company. CEO still coming to terms that he can’t be across everything. Top layer leadership can lose context on why things aren’t done instantly. Remuneration is focused only on matching market.

      Pros

      Love that the company is focused on saving lives. Good vacation and new focus for the company's long-term future. Smart staff who care.

      Cons

      growing pains with the restructure that was done a few months ago.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Closing NZ office during Covid alert Level 2 with no mental health support, and no consideration for the staff. Salary not even matching the market for some positions. No work recognition. No share plan for "standard" employees, only for people won't don't need.
