Bad management of the people, starting with HR Director that is the same person for Finance Director. There’s not good compensation for all the work you do, no work life balance and very sneaky

Toxic management No opportunity to grow within the company Not very good money benefits (very low salary increasement per year and much lower bonus as promised in ctr) They promise 2 days home office in the ctr, but in practice you cannot take it. A strong and powerful vertical hierarchy.

- benefits were great - pension & RRSP match - updated, reliable, user friendly contracting & reporting systems - co-workers make it fun

Cons

-Too many Middle management -Toxic all boys club mentality -Hard to move up -Too many people in high up positions that don’t deserve to be there, but knew somebody or who’s dad was in the boys club - empty promises and no one held accountable
