Great potential, poor execution

Good product and technology. Good health benefits.

Cons

Senior management condescending to employees. Employees treated with little respect and are very obviously replaceable. High staff turnover (especially recently). Little buy-in from senior management to attend audits, support other staff or do work in general. VPs happy to delegate but not take responsibility or make informed decisions. Large blame culture. Hard work not respected. Employees not nurtured or trained.

Cons

Training for the job lacks. Your expected to know things that aren't in publication. Management is almost out of site unless somethings bad happens.

Do your research. This is a small industry. Ask around and find employees that have worked there. Ask how they felt they were treated. You can learn a lot about a company by how they treat employees during the tough times...especially employees that have been there a very long time.
