      - Open work place - Employees are fun to work with and are good at what they do - Casual atmosphere with open dialogue opportunities with other departments - Company events -

      Cons

      - No advancement opportunities - Pay is far below industry average - Management does not - Even though the company has been around for 20 years, they still feel and are ran as a start-up. Low paying jobs with high out puts of work without care for high turnover rate. - No focus on employee needs. Issues are pushed aside for own managements gain
