During my time at the company, I noticed several areas of concern that could be improved. There was often a lack of clear communication between upper management and staff, leading to confusion and delays in operations. Additionally, salary payments were frequently delayed without prior notice, which caused frustration among employees. Moreover, decisions regarding staff termination appeared arbitrary at times, with little explanation given. The top management seemed to lack the necessary expertise and decision-making skills, often appearing more focused on pleasing the owners rather than addressing operational challenges. I believe there is a need for stronger leadership that prioritizes the well-being of employees and the long-term success of the company.
